How to Apply

Applications from prospective grantees should include:


  1. A brief background of your organization, its history, staff and services provided.

  2. A clear description of the proposed project, including information about funding from other sources, and explanation of how the project's goals will be accomplished.

  3. A project budget and a copy of the organization's most recent financial statement.

  4. Proof of the organization's tax-exempt status as determined by the IRS.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, but generally will be considered and decided upon within 90 days of receipt.
